Makers of the upcoming film Baby Do Die Do have dropped its first teaser, giving fans a peek into a dark, quirky, and unpredictable universe centered around a woman known as Baby KarMarKar. Played by Huma Qureshi, the character is being touted as India’s first desi hitwoman, and the teaser sets up a mystery-packed thriller set against the bustling backdrop of Mumbai.
The teaser traces elements of her journey from childhood but cleverly avoids revealing too much about the enigmatic protagonist. Instead, it focuses on building suspense, introducing an ensemble of eclectic characters who populate her world. A striking visual shows a woman carrying a red umbrella as she moves through the city unnoticed, leaving behind more questions than answers.
Ensemble cast and creative team
Apart from Huma Qureshi in the titular role, the film features Sikander Kher, Chunky Pandey, Seema Pahwa, Rachit Singh, and Marudhar Shekhawat in pivotal roles. The teaser hints that each character plays an important part in the unfolding mystery.

Directed by Nachiket Samant and produced by Saqib Saleem under his banner Saleem Siblings in association with Pune 04 Films, the film promises an unpredictable cinematic ride packed with mystery, mayhem, and surprises. Baby Do Die Do is slated to hit theatres on July 3, 2026.
