In a recent interview, the Animal star revealed that even he was shocked when a friend sent him a screenshot of the rumor. “Mujhe bhi ek dost ne bheja uss rumour ka snapshot. Main bhi hairaan ho gaya. Log itne velle hai ki kuch bhi likh ke bana dete hai,” he said, essentially calling out the idle minds behind the fake news. Bobby made it clear there was never any tension on set, and that people are way too influenced by Instagram stories that are mostly untrue.
Bobby Praises Alia Bhatt’s Dedication
Far from any clash, Bobby had nothing but praise for his co-star Alia Bhatt. He highlighted her professionalism and hard work, especially when it came to the physically demanding action sequences in Alpha. “Alia is a very good actress and she is very professional. She works very hard. Alia was also prepared for all the fight sequences that she had to do. Toh mujhe nahi samaj mein aaya kisne kya soch ke ye sab rumours likhe,” Bobby said, adding that he can’t go around proving a point to everyone.
The actor’s words make it clear that the on-set atmosphere was positive, with both actors focused on delivering high-octane action for the film. Alpha marks a big step for the YRF Spy Universe, introducing a female-led chapter with Alia and Sharvari in the lead. Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor will play key roles, though plot details remain tightly under wraps.
Alpha’s Release Date Drama
Besides the clash rumors, Alpha has also been making headlines for its shifting release date. Initially expected to hit theaters earlier, the film was later scheduled for July 10, 2026. However, recent reports now suggest that the makers might advance the release by a week to July 3, 2026, following the postponement of Dhamaal 4 to July 17. With the spy universe already riding high on hits like Pathaan, War, and the Tiger series, all eyes are on Alpha to see if it can carry the legacy forward.
As for the feud talk? Bobby’s message is clear: don’t believe everything you see on Instagram. “Log Instagram se influenced rehte hai lekin uspe 90 per cent kahaniyaan sahi nahi hoti hai,” he warned. So, bolo zubaan kesari — the Alpha team is all good, and the only clash we’ll see is on screen!
